QS Engineer
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Quantity Survey Engineer with a strong background in civil construction and basic MEP knowledge. The role involves preparing cost estimates, conducting quantity take-offs, supporting procurement, and contract administration. Candidates should have good command of English and Hindi and be skilled in MS Excel and quantity surveying software.

- Bachelor's Degree In Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Or Related Field
- Experience
- 3 – 5 Years
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying or similar role.
- Good knowledge of civil construction and basic understanding of MEP quantities.
- Understanding of GCC construction contracts and commercial practices.
- Proficient in English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and familiarity with quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and commercial skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with project and procurement teams.
