- Experience
- 8 Years
- More than 8 years of purchasing experience in the food and beverage sector
- Strong hospitality background
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Experience developing production plans and schedules aligned with customer needs and production capabilities
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance
- Ability to authorize purchases within budgetary limits
- Vendor negotiation skills
- Experience preparing purchase orders and managing vendor performance
