Thermoforming Machine Operator
Job Description
A Thermoforming Machine Operator is required to work in Bahrain, with the position located in Sitra. Responsibilities include organizing production activities to achieve and improve targeted key performance indicators; setting standard process parameters; identifying and improving timings and processes to increase production output and reduce costs; preparing daily and periodic production reports; performing routine preventive maintenance and cleaning of machinery and workstations; ensuring correct product quality and appropriate packaging; and setting and operating machines according to standard process parameters and quality standards, including changing machine settings and the packing line. The position includes company-provided shared-room accommodation, company transportation, free safety shoes, and medical insurance through Al Hilal. Working hours are from Saturday to Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; additional overtime depends on production schedules and is not guaranteed every day.
Requirements
- Education
- Secondary School Graduate
- Experience
- 3 Years
- Minimum secondary school graduation
- At least 3 years of relevant experience operating continuous, high-volume production machinery in a plastic manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of operating similar machines in a controlled QMS operation is preferred
- Ability to operate thermoforming machines
- Ability to troubleshoot machines
- Ability to change molds
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multinational, multicultural team
Restriction / Special Note
- Laundry allowance and uniform are provided after three months.
- Overtime depends on production schedules and is not guaranteed every day.
