About Us: - We are a premier car wash and detailing service provider in Bahrain, dedicated to delivering top-tier care for our clients' vehicles. - We are currently looking for a dynamic, results-driven Female Sales & Promotion Staff to join our growing team and expand our B2B partnerships with local car showrooms. Industry: Automotive Services / Car Care Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Key Responsibilities: - Showroom Visits: Regularly visit car showrooms across Bahrain to pitch and promote our specialized car wash and detailing packages. - Relationship Building: Forge and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders, showroom managers, and decision-makers. - Business Growth: Identify new partnership opportunities, pitch corporate tie-ups, and negotiate service agreements to increase brand visibility and sales. - Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for showroom accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and prompt follow-ups. - Market Reporting: Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and feedback from potential clients to management. Requirements & Qualifications: - Female candidates only. - Bilingual (English and Arabic speaking is a must) with strong verbal and written communication skills. - Proven experience in sales, business development, field promotions, or customer-facing roles (experience in the automotive sector is a strong plus). - Valid Bahraini driving license and a personal vehicle are preferred for showroom visits. - Confident presenter with excellent interpersonal skills and a persuasive, customer-centric attitude.
