Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Manager and Business Partner to join our growing social media company in Bahrain. The role involves taking an active part in managing day-to-day operations, developing the business, and helping expand the client base and services. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations; developing and maintaining client relationships; coordinating social media projects, campaigns, and team activities; developing new business opportunities and acquiring new clients; managing project timelines, client requirements, and deliverables; helping develop business strategies and improve company performance; coordinating with content creators, designers, photographers, and other team members; monitoring market trends; identifying new opportunities in the social media and digital marketing industry; and contributing to the company’s growth and expansion. The position also offers the opportunity to become a business partner, with the partnership structure and terms discussed based on experience, contribution, and mutual agreement.
Requirements
- Experience in social media, digital marketing, business development, or operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage clients and multiple projects.
- Business-minded and highly motivated.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- Previous management or entrepreneurial experience is preferred.
