Technical Sales Coordinator
Job Description
IT Techno Sales Coordinator required with 3–4 years of experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Coordinate with customers to understand technical and business requirements and recommend suitable company products and solutions. - Experience in ELV systems. - Prepare quotations, proposals, product presentations, technical specifications, and project documents in coordination with the sales and technical teams. - Coordinate with software developers, technicians, suppliers, and customers for installation, configuration, testing, and project completion. - Provide first-level technical support, follow up on customer issues, and coordinate with the technical team for resolution. - Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, orders, project status, AMC renewals, and customer requirements to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience
- 3 – 4 Years
- 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with ELV systems.
- Ability to coordinate with customers, sales teams, technical teams, software developers, technicians, and suppliers.
- Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, product presentations, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Ability to provide first-level technical support and follow up on customer issues, orders, projects, and AMC renewals.
