Barista

Meshal Hotel is seeking an experienced and professional Barista with Room Service experience to join its team on a full-time basis. The role includes training and coaching baristas and new employees on beverage preparation methods and quality standards, monitoring employee performance and providing guidance to maintain the required service standards, and taking full responsibility for all Room Service requirements, supplies, and items to ensure their continuous availability. Responsibilities also include monitoring Room Service inventory, identifying shortages, submitting replenishment requests when necessary, ensuring that all required equipment, tools, and supplies are clean, ready, and available, coordinating with other departments to ensure the fast and efficient handling of guest orders, maintaining high beverage quality and service standards in accordance with company policies, keeping the work area, equipment, and tools clean and organised, interacting professionally with guests and providing excellent customer service, following all hygiene, safety, and internal operational procedures, and working effectively as part of a team while performing efficiently under pressure and during peak hours.
