Job Description
The role requires extensive construction experience to manage site measurements, tender preparation, and contractual documentation. Candidates will handle cost control, risk management, and procurement advice. Proficiency in project management software and construction drawings is essential.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Computer Science with solid software knowledge
- Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in quantity surveying or similar role
- Ability to interpret two- and three-dimensional drawings
- Experience with Primavera and MS Project software
- Strong background in construction industry
- Skilled in preparing and analyzing bills of quantities and tender documents
- Competent in risk and value management, cost control, and contract advice
