Job Description
An established restaurant brand in Manama, Bahrain, is seeking a full-time Restaurant Hostess to join its team. The role involves representing the restaurant by creating a warm and welcoming first impression and providing polite, professional, high-standard guest service. Responsibilities include greeting and welcoming guests at the entrance; managing reservations, walk-ins, seating charts, and guest waiting times efficiently; keeping the reception area neat, presentable, and organised; escorting guests to their tables; presenting menus; and coordinating effectively with restaurant servers and management to manage the dining flow. Food allowance is provided.
Requirements
- Visa Status
- Local Transferable Status Or Valid Visa Eligible For Immediate Transfer Required; Employment Visa Transfer Provided For Eligible Candidates.
- Prior experience in front-of-house hostess roles, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- High proficiency in spoken English.
- Arabic or other additional languages are an advantage.
- Well-groomed appearance, professional presentation, and excellent posture.
- Ability to provide polite, positive, and high-standard guest service.
- Ability to manage reservations, walk-ins, seating charts, guest waiting times, and dining flow.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with restaurant servers and management.

- Female candidates only.
- Minimum height of 5 feet 4 inches.
- Priority is given to candidates currently residing in Bahrain.
- Candidates must have local transferable status or a valid visa eligible for immediate transfer.
- Immediate availability is required.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
