MEP Coordinator
Job Description
Urgently hiring in Bahrain for an MEP Coordinator for HVAC projects. Responsibilities include overseeing the performance and quality control of all MEP trades and subcontractors from contract award through project completion; leading MEP coordination to resolve clashes and disputes before installation; reviewing shop drawings, IFC drawings, and submittals for compliance and completeness; advising the project team on MEP schedules, material procurement, and site activities; resolving field installation issues; attending weekly meetings with subcontractors, architects, and owners; and chairing additional MEP meetings as required.
Requirements
- Education
- BE Or B.Tech In Construction Management Or Engineering
- Experience
- 7 Years
- BE or B.Tech degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP coordination
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and related building codes
- Familiarity with MEP schedules and work sequences aligned with civil works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and good computer skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
