Job Description
This job description provides a summary of the Workshop Engineer role. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Engineer to manage and coordinate daily workshop activities in Bahrain, including steel fabrication, machining, assembly, repair, and general mechanical workshop operations. The position is full-time and is based in the Workshop or Production Department, reporting to the Workshop Manager or Operations Manager. The successful candidate should have practical knowledge of AutoCAD drafting, steel fabrication, machining processes, and material selection, together with the ability to convert engineering requirements and drawings into practical workshop jobs. The Workshop Engineer will plan and monitor workshop activities, coordinate manpower and machines, ensure that quality and safety requirements are met, and deliver jobs according to the required schedule.
Requirements
- Experience in mechanical workshop operations and a hands-on approach are required.
