Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out and Upholstery
Job Description
A Quantity Surveyor is required for fit-out and upholstery work in Bahrain. Responsibilities include visiting project sites with project engineers or supervisors to take measurements and understand customer requirements; preparing prequalification documents; preparing tender and contract documents and bills of quantities; preparing and analysing costings and bills of quantities; performing risk and value management and cost control; and identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks.

- Education
- Degree Or Diploma In Civil Or Mechanical Engineering With Quantity Surveying Knowledge
- Experience
- 5 Years
- Degree or diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of quantity surveying
- Computer proficiency with advanced design software
- Knowledge of two-dimensional and three-dimensional drawings
