Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 3 to 5 years in interior fit-out, event, or exhibition projects. Candidates should be proficient in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, and supplier negotiations. Familiarity with AutoCAD and advanced Excel is essential. Bahrain or GCC experience and a driving licence are advantageous.

- Experience in Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, Exhibition & Event projects
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, estimation, and cost control
- Experience in tendering, supplier/subcontractor quotations, and rate analysis
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and advanced MS Excel
- Experience in variations, progress billing, and final accounts
- Bahrain/GCC experience preferred
- Bahrain Driving Licence is an advantage
- Immediate joining preferred
