Business Development Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include identifying and researching new business opportunities, potential clients, and market opportunities to expand the customer base; building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships; conducting thorough market analysis to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape and identify areas for growth; developing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of our offerings; collaborating with internal teams to align product offerings with client needs and feedback; consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies as needed to drive revenue growth; attending industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and generate leads; and preparing and maintaining detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar target-driven role, including specific experience in software sales.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
