Sales Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to lead and supervise the sales team, increase membership and service sales, develop customer relationships, and achieve the company’s sales targets. Responsibilities include setting and monitoring individual and team sales targets; developing strategies to increase memberships, packages, and other services; following up on leads and prospective customers; monitoring the sales pipeline and conversion rates; training and coaching sales staff on sales techniques and customer service; building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers; handling important customer inquiries and sales-related concerns; preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports; coordinating with the Marketing Manager on promotions and lead-generation campaigns; monitoring competitors and identifying potential sales opportunities; and ensuring that sales activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Or A Related Field
- Experience
- 2 – 3 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of sales experience.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service-oriented approach and confidence when dealing with clients.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work comfortably with sales reports and customer relationship management systems.
- English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Previous experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or retail is an advantage.
