Job Description
Kitchen and service staff are required for a temporary restaurant project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, running from October 2026 through April 2027. The available positions are Sushi Chef, Kitchen Team Member, and Service Team Member. The Sushi Chef will use sushi preparation and presentation skills as part of the kitchen team, the Kitchen Team Member will support food preparation and daily kitchen operations throughout the project, and the Service Team Member will welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Candidates must have relevant restaurant experience, enjoy collaborating and working as part of a team, and be available for the full project period. Sushi Chef candidates must have sushi preparation and presentation skills, Kitchen Team Member candidates must be able to support food preparation and daily kitchen operations, and Service Team Member candidates must be able to welcome guests and deliver friendly, attentive service. Requirements
- Relevant restaurant experience.
- Teamwork and ability to collaborate as part of a team.
- Sushi preparation and presentation skills for the Sushi Chef position.
- Ability to support food preparation and daily kitchen operations for the Kitchen Team Member position.
- Ability to welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service for the Service Team Member position.
