Senior Interior Designer
Job Description
We are hiring a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The role involves leading interior design work from concept development through completion, managing multiple projects, coordinating with project stakeholders, and delivering high-quality design documentation while meeting deadlines. The successful candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, creativity, self-discipline, accountability, and excellent attention to detail.

- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree In Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Or A Related Field
- Experience
- 10 Years
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other relevant design and visualisation software.
- Strong experience in developing concept designs, space planning, mood boards, material selections, and detailed interior drawings.
- Excellent knowledge of finishes, furniture, lighting, materials, and interior detailing.
- Ability to prepare and review detailed drawings, joinery details, reflected ceiling plans, floor finishes, and interior specifications.
- Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, and fit-out projects is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and technical submissions.
- Understanding of site execution and fit-out works, with the ability to resolve design and technical issues.
- Ability to manage projects from concept development through completion.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity, self-discipline, accountability, and excellent attention to detail.
