Sales and Service Engineer
Job Description
We are hiring a Sales and Service Engineer in Bahrain with a minimum of three years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compressors, mechanical equipment, sales, and aftermarket services, including experience handling the sales and aftermarket sales of compressors, dryers, spare parts, and mechanical equipment. The role involves identifying new prospects, developing business opportunities for mechanical products, understanding customer requirements, providing suitable upgrade or replacement solutions, driving spare parts sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing quotations and proposals, conducting regular client follow-ups, coordinating marketing activities with product manufacturers, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, coordinating supplier visits with the Senior Mechanical Engineer or Manager, assisting with product and service prequalification with customers, preparing and submitting weekly, monthly, and supplier visit reports, and supporting the team in achieving sales and business development targets. Candidates must have strong technical knowledge of compressors and mechanical equipment, proven Sales and Service experience, and excellent communication, presentation, customer relationship, and negotiation skills. Experience with one or more of the following brands is preferred: CompAir, Gardner Denver, Atlas Copco, ELGi, Kaeser, or Ingersoll Rand. GCC experience and a valid GCC driving licence are also preferred.
