Junior Sales Executive
Job Description
A growing company in Bahrain, operating in the doors, vanities, sanitary ware, WPC, UV panels, fire-rated and waterproof doors industry, is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join the team. Candidate Requirements: • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience • Experience in doors, vanities, sanitary ware, or building materials is highly preferred • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Good knowledge of the local market and customer needs • Experience dealing with contractors, companies, designers, and individual customers is a plus • Able to prepare quotations and follow up with customers • Motivated to achieve sales targets • Arabic and English preferred • Bahrain driving licence is a plus Responsibilities: • Assist customers and provide suitable product recommendations • Prepare quotations and follow up on leads • Develop new customer relationships • Follow up with contractors, designers, and companies • Maintain existing customer relationships • Achieve monthly sales targets • Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams • Maintain accurate customer and sales records Compensation includes an attractive commission structure and performance-based incentives.
