Sales Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Bahrain, specialising in the construction field. Key responsibilities include developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, promoting and selling construction products, materials, and related solutions, visiting project sites, contractors, consultants, and potential clients, understanding customer requirements, and providing suitable technical solutions. The role also includes preparing quotations, proposals, and technical submissions, following up on leads, quotations, and ongoing projects, coordinating with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution, monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and contributing to company growth.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor’s Degree In Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Engineering Field.
- Driving Licence
- Required
- A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Previous experience in construction sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry and building materials.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and quotation preparation.
- A valid Bahrain driving licence is preferred.
- Candidates currently residing in Bahrain are preferred.
