Job Description
Seeking an experienced Site Quantity Surveyor with strong site-based construction expertise. Responsibilities include quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, valuations, cost control, and coordination with project teams. Candidates should be familiar with construction drawings and local pricing. Availability in Bahrain and immediate joining are preferred.

- Currently In Bahrain
- 3–5+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.
- Strong hands-on site experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ, measurements, valuations, variations, and cost control.
- Experience with building, villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, labour rates, and local pricing.
- Proficient in MS Excel and AutoCAD; experience with QS or estimation software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Bahrain or GCC construction experience preferred.
- Must be currently available in Bahrain.
- Immediate joiner preferred.
