Technical Sales Representative
Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our company in Bahrain. The requirements for this position include previous experience working with ALBA (Aluminium Bahrain), which is highly preferred, along with a strong network and established relationships with ALBA personnel and different departments. The candidate should have a good understanding of ALBA’s work environment, procedures, and procurement processes, as well as the ability to identify new opportunities and generate inquiries, projects, and business. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required, together with a sales-driven approach and the ability to develop long-term customer relationships. Experience dealing with other major industrial companies in Bahrain is an advantage. Mechanical or engineering experience is not required. The main focus of this position is to use existing relationships, develop new contacts, and generate additional business opportunities with ALBA.
