Job Description
Lead and supervise activities on construction sites, ensuring proper execution of tasks. Manage and coordinate workers and subcontractors effectively. Interpret and apply site drawings and project requirements accurately. Oversee daily site operations and manage manpower for optimal performance. Demonstrate responsibility, diligence, and punctuality in all duties. Exhibit strong leadership and communication skills to maintain team productivity. Position is based in Bahrain, specifically Manama.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction site work.
- Ability to supervise workers and subcontractors.
- Good understanding of drawings and site requirements.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
