Job Description
Manage and optimize logistics operations for ready mix concrete delivery. Coordinate fleet, drivers, and delivery schedules ensuring timely dispatch. Optimize routes and monitor KPIs to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with plants, project sites, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 to 10 years of logistics experience, preferably in ready mix concrete operations.
- Knowledge of dispatch and delivery processes for ready mix concrete.
- Experience managing fleets and drivers.
- Strong planning, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with logistics/dispatch software and GPS tracking systems.
