Job Description
Responsible for overall HVAC service operations, including coordination of DX air-conditioning services, quotation preparation, maintenance planning, team supervision, client database reporting, and spare-parts procurement support.
Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering
- Experience
- 5 – 5 Years
- Minimum 5 years of field experience.
- Good knowledge of all types of DX air-conditioning units, particularly ducted, package, VRF, mini-split, and window units.
- Hands-on experience with DX air-conditioning systems.
- Ability to prepare quotations for all types of DX retrofit jobs.
- Ability to monitor the maintenance team and plan daily service and breakdown calls.
- Ability to plan annual maintenance contracts as convenient.
- Ability to prepare client database reports.
- Ability to monitor technicians, foremen, and supervisors.
- Ability to manage 25 to 30 calls per day with a team of eight technicians.
- Ability to identify spare parts and brands.
- Good knowledge of the DX market for spare-parts procurement.
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literacy, including the ability to prepare reports, letters to clients, and quotations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
