MEP Site Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an MEP Site Supervisor to oversee daily mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage, and firefighting works. Key responsibilities include coordinating MEP activities with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams; reading and interpreting MEP drawings, shop drawings, layouts, and specifications; supervising technicians, workers, foremen, and subcontractors; monitoring manpower, materials, equipment, productivity, and daily progress; conducting site inspections and ensuring proper quality and workmanship; identifying and resolving MEP clashes, installation issues, and site coordination problems; coordinating testing, commissioning, snagging, and rectification works; preparing daily and weekly progress reports; ensuring compliance with HSE and construction safety requirements; and coordinating with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, consultants, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Education
- Diploma Or Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, Or A Related Field Preferred
- Experience
- 3 – 5 Years
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in MEP site supervision within the construction industry is required.
- Strong building construction experience is required.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems is required.
- Ability to read and understand MEP and shop drawings is required.
- Experience supervising construction teams and subcontractors is required.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Bahrain or GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with villa, residential, commercial, or high-rise projects is an advantage.

- Candidates must be currently available in Bahrain.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates whose experience is mainly in maintenance or facilities, without strong construction experience, may not be suitable.
