Job Description
A driver and cleaning supervisor is required with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Bahrain and a valid Bahrain manual driving licence for a manual minibus. The requirements for this position are as follows. The candidate must have proven experience in cleaning services and supervising cleaning teams, as well as experience in labour coordination, site management, and daily operations. The role requires the ability to inspect sites and ensure that quality standards are maintained, along with basic maintenance skills including plumbing repairs, electrical work, and general accommodation or building maintenance and repairs. Good communication and problem-solving skills are required, together with the ability to work independently and handle emergency maintenance issues. Important.
