Aluminium Fabrication Supervisor
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Fabrication Supervisor to oversee daily aluminium fabrication activities, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate production and installation requirements for construction projects. The role involves supervising the fabrication of aluminium doors, windows, frames, partitions, curtain walls, and other aluminium structures; reading and interpreting technical drawings, fabrication drawings, and project specifications; allocating tasks to fabricators, technicians, and workshop workers to ensure timely completion; monitoring fabrication processes, measurements, cutting, assembly, and finishing to maintain quality standards; coordinating with site engineers, project managers, and installation teams regarding project requirements and delivery schedules; ensuring that materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly utilized; inspecting completed products for accuracy, quality, and compliance with project specifications; maintaining workplace safety, housekeeping, and the proper handling of materials and equipment; monitoring productivity, minimizing material wastage, and resolving fabrication-related issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Aluminium Fabrication Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication techniques, materials, tools, and machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical and fabrication drawings.
- Experience supervising workshop personnel and coordinating with construction site teams.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and workplace safety standards.
