Job Description
Job Overview A full-time female caregiver is required in Manama to join the caregiving team. The successful candidate will provide compassionate, dedicated, and exceptional care and support to clients while prioritising their safety, overall well-being, and comfort at all times. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support. Continuously monitor and observe clients’ health conditions and accurately report any significant changes or concerns to medical personnel or supervisory staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to help enhance clients’ quality of life and emotional well-being. Assist with simple household tasks, such as cleaning and meal preparation, to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Strictly follow each client’s individual care plan and fully comply with all company policies and procedures. Requirements Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related role is strongly preferred, ensuring familiarity with caregiving responsibilities. Basic understanding and knowledge of caregiving best practices and standards are required. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently with minimal supervision. Patience, empathy, and a sincere dedication to helping people in need. Good communication skills, particularly proficiency in English, to interact effectively with clients and team members. Preference will be given to candidates holding a flexible visa to accommodate different working scenarios. This position is open to female applicants only.
