Rope Access Supervisor/Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Rope Access Supervisor cum Technician to join our team for high-rise and industrial maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on rope access experience and the ability to lead small teams on site while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Responsibilities include performing rope access tasks such as cleaning, inspection and minor repairs on building facades and industrial structures; supervising Level 1 and Level 2 technicians during operations; conducting safety briefings and ensuring the proper use of personal protective equipment and other equipment; assisting with rigging systems and anchor point setup; maintaining daily work logs and inspection reports; coordinating with site managers and clients to ensure smooth project execution; and participating in rescue drills and emergency response planning. The requirements for this role are an IRATA Level 2 or Level 3 certification, two to three years of rope access experience in cleaning, maintenance or inspection, a strong understanding of rope access safety standards and procedures, the ability to lead and mentor junior technicians, physical fitness and comfort working at heights, and good communication skills in English. A valid driver's licence is preferred. Three years of experience as a Supervisor cum Technician is preferred. This is a full-time position.
