Job Description
Supervise MEP installation, testing, and commissioning for villas and high-rise buildings. Ensure quality assurance and compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. Coordinate with civil and structural teams to resolve site conflicts. Manage site labor, subcontractors, and daily progress reporting.
Requirements
- Education
- Diploma Or Bachelor’s Degree In Electrical Or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience
- 3 – 5 Years
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of site experience as an MEP Supervisor in villas or high-rise building projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of MEP testing, commissioning, and local safety codes.
- Proficient in reading MEP shop drawings and coordination layouts.
- Skilled in using Excel for tracking site progress.
- Good command of English and Hindi, both spoken and written.
- Strong site leadership skills.
