Rope Access Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Rope Access Manager. Key responsibilities include supervising and managing rope access cleaning operations across high-rise buildings and structures, leading a team of IRATA-certified technicians while ensuring safety and quality standards, and planning and executing facade cleaning, maintenance, and inspection projects. The role also includes conducting risk assessments and safety briefings before and during operations, maintaining records of certifications, inspections, and daily operations, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery, and implementing process improvements to enhance safety and efficiency. Requirements include IRATA certification, 4–5 years of experience in rope access cleaning management, including five years of experience as a Rope Access Manager as required, strong leadership and team management skills, familiarity with Bahrain safety regulations and international standards, proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation, and excellent communication skills. A driving licence is preferred.
