Construction Foreman
Job Description
An experienced male Construction and Maintenance Foreman of Indian nationality is urgently required for work in Bahrain. Applicants must be under 42 years of age and have 3 to 7 years of experience in general construction, maintenance or GCC projects. The role involves supervising workers and subcontractors, overseeing daily construction and maintenance activities, reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints and project plans, travelling between company properties, branches and project sites as required, coordinating and managing tools, construction materials and site resources, monitoring workmanship and conducting quality checks, enforcing site safety requirements and safe working practices, monitoring project progress, identifying delays and reporting updates to management, and efficiently resolving day-to-day construction and maintenance issues. Candidates must have strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations, good team supervision and leadership abilities, basic English communication skills, and a valid Bahrain or GCC driving licence, which is mandatory. The duty is 8 hours per day, six days per week.
