Site Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Site Quantity Surveyor with expertise in building and construction projects. The role involves site measurements, BOQ preparation, cost monitoring, and commercial documentation. Candidates should be hands-on and able to collaborate closely with site and project teams. Preference given to those currently in Bahrain with transferable or local status visas.
Requirements

- Currently Available In Bahrain, Transferable Or Local Status Preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- 3–7 years of Quantity Surveying experience in construction.
- Strong site-based construction background.
- Experience with villa, residential, commercial, high-rise, or general building projects preferred.
- Proficient in BOQ, quantity take-offs, valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS/estimation software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bahrain/GCC construction experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
