Job Description
This vacancy is for a Travel Agency Employee in Saudi Arabia (KSA), not Bahrain. Male applicants are required. The working schedule is eight hours per day. Requirements and Responsibilities Previous experience working for a travel agency or tourism company is required. Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field. Excellent customer service and communication skills are required. The employee must have experience booking domestic and international flights, hotels, tours, and travel packages. Knowledge of visa applications, travel documentation, and international travel requirements is required. The employee must be experienced in handling ticket changes, cancellations, refunds, and customer complaints. The role requires the ability to prepare quotations, travel itineraries, and invoices and to maintain customer records. Experience coordinating with airlines, hotels, and tour operators is required. Candidates must be proficient in airline reservation systems such as Amadeus or Galileo. Strong sales, negotiation, organisational, and time-management skills are required. The employee must be able to promote travel packages and upsell additional services.
