Job Description
Seeking an experienced accountant with a strong background in real estate development and construction accounting. Candidates should be familiar with accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and general accounting practices. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication and organizational skills
