Internal Auditor

We are seeking a male Internal Auditor to establish corporate governance practices at Group level and provide independent and consulting activities designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations. The role will support the organization in achieving its objectives through a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of governance processes, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of audit processes, and reporting compliance with all policies and procedures, including delegation of authority. The role will also involve periodically reporting any misappropriation or misuse of funds and assets, as well as any fraudulent risks or activities at the Group, subsidiary, or associate company level. The successful candidate will conduct regular verifications of system processes and other required documents to ensure that approved procedures are followed, assist Management in determining where to focus internal audit efforts, develop an annual audit plan covering all activities of the Group holding company and its subsidiary and associate companies, and submit reports to the Managing Director on system weaknesses and corrective measures.
