Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking male or female candidates to join our customer service team. The role involves receiving customer orders by phone, WhatsApp, and in person, assisting customers and responding to inquiries professionally, coordinating orders with the relevant team, and ensuring accurate order-taking and high-quality customer service. Filipino nationality is preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the food and beverage sector, is required, along with good communication and customer service skills, the ability to communicate clearly and handle customers professionally, and a reliable, positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a team.
