Job Description
Handle air ticket reservations, reissuance, and cancellations through Sabre and non-IATA portals. Manage customer inquiries, provide accurate travel information and fares, coordinate with airlines to support booking and ticketing operations, maintain records of issued tickets, refunds, and changes, and assist clients with their travel plans through timely and professional service. The position is based in Hoora, Kingdom of Bahrain.

- Minimum one year of experience in ticketing or travel consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of Sabre and non-IATA booking portals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, energetic, and detail-oriented approach.
