Job Description
Responsible for managing MEP systems design, installation, and maintenance for large-scale commercial and residential projects. Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians while ensuring compliance with Bahraini codes and standards. Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and oversee subcontractors' work. Prepare reports and manage project budgets and schedules effectively.

- 5-7 years of experience in MEP engineering for high-rise buildings and large villa projects.
- Proven expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Bahraini building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Experience in design, planning, installation, commissioning, and site inspections.
- Ability to review shop drawings and respond to technical queries.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
