Job Description
We are seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations in our hotel and ensure high standards of cleanliness, guest service, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations, allocating staff duties effectively, monitoring task completion, ensuring that guest rooms and assigned areas are clean, well maintained, and ready for occupancy, and ensuring compliance with hotel housekeeping standards, procedures, and quality requirements. The successful candidate will respond professionally to guest requests, resolve housekeeping-related concerns, support staff training, discipline, attendance, and performance follow-up, and coordinate closely with the Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient hotel operations. The role also involves monitoring staffing levels, ensuring appropriate operational coverage, particularly during busy periods, conducting regular inspections, following up on identified issues to maintain consistent service standards, and supporting the Housekeeping Manager in achieving departmental objectives and maintaining overall operational efficiency. Requirements
- Experience
- 3 Years
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in a hotel housekeeping supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a housekeeping team effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment
