Front of House Staff
Job Description
We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused front-of-house staff to join our outlets. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, maintaining the cleanliness and proper presentation of the outlet, handling customer requests and providing excellent service, working closely with the kitchen and other team members, and following company procedures and hygiene standards. Previous restaurant or food and beverage experience is preferred. Candidates should have good communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude and willingness to learn, a well-groomed and presentable appearance, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong work ethic and a team-oriented approach, flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and basic English communication skills.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or F&B experience preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
