Food Service & Horeca Sales Executive
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, target-oriented Sales Executive to develop and grow our Food Service and HORECA business. This is a full-time position requiring 3–5 years of sales experience in Food Service, HORECA, FMCG or Food Distribution. The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurants, hotels, catering companies, cafés and other HORECA customers; identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts; visit customers regularly to understand their requirements and promote company products; achieve monthly and annual sales targets; prepare quotations, negotiate prices and close sales; follow up on customer orders, deliveries and payments; maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction; monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements; coordinate with purchasing, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment; maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and sales pipeline information; promote new products; and identify opportunities to increase sales. Candidates must have a strong existing network with restaurants, hotels, catering companies and cafés, which will be a strong advantage, a proven ability to achieve sales targets, strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills, good knowledge of the Bahrain HORECA and Food Service market, a valid Bahrain driving licence, good English communication skills, and the ability to work independently while being self-motivated and energetic.
