Fitness Branch Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fitness Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of the fitness club, supervise reception, sales, fitness, cleaning, café and other staff, maintain excellent customer service and member satisfaction, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the facility. The role includes monitoring memberships, renewals, sales and daily revenue; handling customer complaints and operational issues; coordinating staff schedules, attendance and leave; ensuring that the facility, equipment and common areas are clean, safe and properly maintained; coordinating with management regarding sales targets, expenses and operational requirements; monitoring compliance with company policies and Bahrain regulations; preparing regular operational and sales reports for management; assisting with recruitment, onboarding and staff training; and supporting promotional activities and membership campaigns. Applicants should preferably hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, Sports Management or a related field, have a minimum of three years of experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, wellness or similar operations, and possess previous supervisory or management experience. Good English communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, computer literacy including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and a customer-service-oriented approach are required.
