Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled international breakfast cook for a full-time position in Adliya, Bahrain. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking egg dishes, flatbreads, breakfast sandwiches, sweet dishes, and pancakes; ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and portioning of all menu items; maintaining proper mise en place and kitchen organization during service; following standard recipes and contributing creative ideas to enhance the menu; adhering to hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards; and working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service. The position includes training and career growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience
- 2 Years
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an Italian kitchen.
- Proven experience in an Italian restaurant or a similar casual-upscale concept.
- Knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and fresh ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen with attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork, work ethic, and communication skills.
- Flexibility with shifts and peak hours.
