Front Cashier
Job Description
A reputable supermarket in Bahrain is urgently seeking a front cashier to join its team. Previous experience as a cashier in a supermarket or retail environment is preferred. Candidates must be proficient in point-of-sale systems and cash handling, possess good communication and customer service skills, have basic computer knowledge, and be able to work flexible shifts. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Bahrain. Responsibilities include operating the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately, handling cash, card and other payment transactions, providing excellent customer service, ensuring accurate billing, maintaining cash balances, assisting customers with inquiries, and resolving issues professionally.
Requirements
- Previous cashier experience in a supermarket or retail environment preferred.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
