Job Description
A Client Servicing Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Acquire and contact new clients. - Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients. - Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams such as production and design to fulfill client needs. - Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues. - Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients. - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services. - Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and feedback. Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or a related field within advertising. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. - Strong client-focused mindset with keen attention to detail. - Valid driving license is mandatory. - Good command of Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
