Requirements: - Mandatory experience managing a busy garage floor and technician teams. - Candidates must be locally available in Bahrain. - Immediate joining required. Key Responsibilities: - Distribute daily repair orders to technicians based on specialized skill levels. - Monitor job cycle times to maximize bay productivity, efficiency, and garage turnaround. - Coordinate updates and technical delays directly with the service advising desk. - Enforce workplace safety protocols, tool maintenance, and environmental regulations.
