☕ Barista - Prepare and serve coffee, hot and cold beverages according to company standards. - Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently. - Maintain the quality, presentation, and consistency of all beverages. - Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional customer service. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment. - Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of any shortages. - Follow health, safety, and food-handling regulations. - Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management. 🍽️ Waiter - Greet customers and provide friendly and professional service. - Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system. - Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. - Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained. - Handle customer requests and complaints in a polite and professional manner. - Coordinate with the kitchen and barista team to ensure orders are prepared correctly. - Assist with cleaning, restocking, and general café operations. - Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and customer service procedures. - Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management. 🚗 Driver - Deliver food, beverages, and other café orders safely and on time. - Collect and deliver orders to customers, suppliers, and company locations. - Ensure all delivered items are handled carefully and maintained in good condition. - Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently. - Maintain the company vehicle in a clean and safe condition. - Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements immediately. - Assist with loading and unloading goods when required. - Follow traffic laws and company safety procedures at all times. - Provide professional and respectful service to customers and suppliers. - Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
