Site Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site painting and gypsum or drywall installation operations. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting site layouts, architectural plans, and approved technical drawings; coordinating with main contractors, interior designers, and project managers to maintain project schedules; inspecting work quality throughout framing, board installation, taping, jointing, priming, and final painting; monitoring material usage, inventory, and waste; assigning daily tasks to site workers and painters while ensuring productivity and safety compliance; identifying technical issues or drawing discrepancies and reporting them to management; and ensuring completed painting and gypsum works meet client specifications before final handover. The role contributes to delivering high-quality custom interior and finishing projects.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor specializing in painting, gypsum, drywall, or interior fit-outs.
- Strong knowledge of paint types, gypsum board systems, surface preparation techniques, and finishing standards.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret architectural and interior site drawings.
- Strong leadership, site management, and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, and messaging applications for daily site reporting.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
